ESS SuperCharger Instructions
 

I found the instructions for installing one of the only superchargers for the X5 3.0. It is designed for the 330, all you need to do is use a KN filter and the upper radiator hose has to be modified. Other then this it should fit.

anyone do this? They make a 4.4 kit and I am debating on doing it.

Happy do you have a thread about your mods or how to do them?
I looked up the threads you started, and i saw you were selling your x5 in 2019, but looks like you still have it?
I think i also read you saying the SC kit you installed doesn't exist anymore.
Is there another kit you'd recommend?
If you documented these upgrades, I'd love to read up on your journey!

Did anyone possibly save down the installation instructions posted above?
 

I've had trouble contacting OP, ewebby ...but I would REALLY like to get my hands on these instructions before possibly purchasing this 15yr-old ESS kit! Please let me know if anyone has any leads on him OR possibly saved this doc for themselves at any point in time. BTW, ESS was less than helpful and was adament about NOT supporting a used kit install.

Someone is making a kit for the M62 motor that uses a JLR supercharger on the top of the engine. Can't remember who they are tho.

Thanks for looking out, but those are for the newer vortec-style sc setup…versus the older ESS whipped-style setup that they offered originally. I’m in search of the older style instructions.
