TPM Flashing - Please help
 

Hi,
I have a very strange problem. Today I left by mistake the key in radio working, Interior lights on, etc. Bottom line battery died. I busted the car all good except the cluster was showing me I am on empty and I know I had 3/4 tank also 4x4 light on. charged the battery for a while thend did some tests. No errors with dis and inpa. I decided to recode my IKS with ncs sending an empty .man file. Everything got corrected except now my TPM light is flashing for a while then goes stady and I can not reset. Also it looks like my car does not see the TPM (RDC) no more. It looks like is gone from the vehicle order.
can some one please help?
