MID Radio always ON

I have a 2001 X5 3.0 with business radio MID. Basic system. Recently the radio clock/light bar stays on after the car is turned off and locked. I removed the rear fuse to avoid drain. Everything else is working fine, no dash lights. Lock system and security is fine. What to do next? Is it the radio?

anything else stays on? is the car going to sleep after 16 minutes but radio stays on?
