Valley Pan and Valve cover. Putting everything
back together tomorrow. Cleaning all the visible coolant and oil buildup in the valley area to make it look neat (so much oil from the leaking valve cover gaskets).
While there I was looking in each of the intake chambers and saw little sediment on the two valves of each of the eight chambers. I am using QTips to try and get them clean. Is there a smarter way to do this? I already cleaned the intake ports on the removed intake manifold. Cleaning is done; used vacuum with straw attached, QTips and injector cleaner. Looks clean.

When i pulled my E60 550i apart i sprayed lots of brake cleaner in the intake ports, alternated with a shop vac with skinny carper cleaning attachment. I have valvetronic so all of the ports were closed. If you don't you would need to turn the engine to ensure the ports are closed.
