Nice ride man! Welcome to the family. You'll find a ton of good info on here. I may be organizing a a little get together this summer for all the Utah guys on the board. There is a few of us now and it would be fun to meet everyone and check out various mods. I'm down for turning some wrenches on Saturdays if you ever need help on a project.

Drive safe in the fog. I'm down for a local meet and greet anytime. What part of Utah are you from? Thanks, I'm also here if you ever need an extra hand to wrench on something.

I'm up in Logan, just bordering the Arctic Circle. I haven't seen it this cold up here in a long time. Just before this cold snap broke, I was driving past the "sinks" up Logan canyon one night and the temp dropped to -52 for a short stretch. Where are you?

MachX5 01-26-2013 08:42 PM

-52!!! That's just insane. The coldest I saw it was -2 here in salt lake and even then that's just too cold for me. I'll make sure to stay as far away from the "sinks" as I possibly can at least during the winter lol.

I see your future mods include KW coilovers, is that to improve the handling or just to get it as low as possible?

The KW Variant 3's are (for me anyways) a performance upgrade. They are 3-way adjustable (compression(low speed, high speed is a preset valving) , rebound, & height)I haven't installed them yet.... I just kinda drool over them till my wife gets mad at me for not paying any attention to her....Hahaha! My plan is to keep it about stock height during the winter and drop it an inch or so for the summer. I picked up a set of square sport 18's for a summer set up. However, there was a set of style 87's on KSL a few weeks back that I almost pulled the trigger on. Those are the same style as yours..... something about that 20" staggered set up with the 315's in the back..... I'm jealous!
