Help on finding/naming this part...

Front Left bumper, headlamp sprayers? washers?

I need a new one, It currently shoots a nice 6 foot geyser into the air. LOL

I have never used that site. Thank you. I will post back with my findings for future inquiries.

When do these start working? whats the requirement? lights on and the special wash button? or just wipers on?

The image above is the "cover" for the nozzle (#10 in the diagram below).

BTW, are you sure it doesn't just need to be readjusted to spray toward the headlamp instead of up in the air?

When you go to realoem.com...the windshield and headlamp washer stuff is under VEHICLE ELCECTRICAL (main group) WINDSHIELD WIPE/HEAD LAMP CLEAN (sub group). Once there, scroll down to the appropriate diagram and click on it...it will then explode into a larger view with the part nbr index listed below the diagram.

Look for #9's 11 digit part nbr for the correct side you need:

Well you just made that extremely easy for me. I was expanding all sorts of places.

Thank you!

Part # 61678252743 (Left) 61678252744 (Right) for future reference.

They come on when washing your windshield the 5th or 6th time with the lights on.

Great...the more you use the site, the easier it becomes. Then there's the part nbr cross reference feature... part nbr look up/search features that allow you to look only for part nbrs used on a specific model, or across all BMWs. It's a great tool for BMW ownership...especially when deconstructing stuff...you can get an advanced idea of where all the screws, pins, & clips are that may have you stuck in removing parts...then help you put it back together again when you've forgotten what you've done. :D

The headlamps are washed on an interval with the windshield (#5) & the intensive (#6) wash cycles...when they are turned on:
