Brakes Squeeling

I had a complete brake job done about 3 weeks ago. I have been hearing lots squeeling since and so today I took a closer look and realized that none of the pads have the blue stuff to prevent squeeling  ! Does anybody know of any colorless product that I could spray on the back of the pads that would take care of this problem. Thanks

Have the brakes been "bedded"? A few relatively high speed then hard braking maneuvers?

Apart from bedding them in, some more details would help:

What kind of pads?
New rotors?
Who did it, and can you simply take it back to them?
Caliper grease installed on the 'ears' of the pads?
Spring clip reinstalled on the outer pad?
You can't see the spring clip on the inner pad, but it should be there too.

The blue goop can help, but it doesn't tend to last. Put another way, you shouldn't need it, and installing it now will set you up for reapplying it throughout the life of these pads. Get it fixed right, IMO.

Statdoc&JCL,

I have tried the maneuvers you suggested, the noise just gets worse. BMW Exlcusive did the job.New everything BMW rotors, BMW brake pads,BMW rattle clips and BMW brake sensors.Caliper grease sounds good.

I use the CRC red stuff antisqueal goop...and find it to be the best.

I know the old BMW antisqueal is clear but not as sticky. Comes in what looks like condom packets... :)
