Car doesn't start sometimes
 

2001 4.4i 29K miles. Recent tune-up and oil and filter change.

Symptoms: Sometimes I will jump in the car and turn the key and it won't start. When I try a second time the car starts up fine.

Anyone else experience this?

It's turning over but won't start, or the starter motor isn't engaging?

When I turn the key nothing happens. I then turn the key off and try again and it starts fine.

Could be a bad ignition switch or one on its way out.

Same thing happens to me. Searching for answers
