It does it with AC on and off.

I did just attempt the Gas pedal hold for 40 seconds and shift into Drive. That seemed to work. I will give it a real test on the drive home this afternoon.

This method will temporally relieve the problem. It is not a cure all.
From what I understand if your having the same problem i'm having
there is no permanant solution. I just learned what can cause it and
what to do to avoid it.

Sure, I am going to update the Transmission and Engine Module in any case, just wanted to see if that works. Still not sure if it did or not. I usually takes some stop n go's to actual bring up the issue.
