CLD Problem

Hi,
I think my LCD ribbon is demaged.
When Buttons does not function properly I shake ribbon and everythink is OK until next failure.
Have some one replaced ribbon cable?
I think to replace ribbon , but cant find .
Meybe someone can help me...
