It's the light lens below the rear seat(s). There are 2 lights, one below each rear seat. I have a broken lens, and I can't find it realoem for the life of me. Maybe I'm blind or something...

Do you have access to the ETK? With your VIN, you can use the graphic search in ETK to find the exact part number. Or, just PM me your VIN and I'll be glad to look it up for you.

I also need the p/n for the hook strap of the trunk floor (the one that is under the trunk floor, and hooks up to the top opening of the rear gate.

The floor carpet suspension hook is p/n 51 47 7 130 463 (#20 in the first attached image).

I believe the rear floor lamp is 63 31 8 363 604. Not positive about this, since I don't have rear floor lamps in my pre-facelift E53. (#9 in the second attachment)

The light assembly (below the rear seat) is 63 31 6 962 035, lens isn't sold separately. I'd recommend you upgrade to the Sylvania / Osram LED light (Autozone has the best price) at the same time.

These are VERY easy to retrofit in an E53, I did this on my 2002 (pre-facelift) car. Perhaps 30 minutes from start to finish.
