That was pretty hardcore... the cops in the states would never start firing "warning" shots in the city like that!

lol yup.. When I heard the shots I was like wow this cop is pissed off!! haha

that black bimmer was running moscow suburbs, and the cop started shooting when the dude hit a pedestrian... they lost the dude and later found the car, with no driver left in city... car belongs to some big cahoona but he had alibi and the claim was that his kid was driving the car.. since they could not "place" the kid behind the wheel, nothing had happened...

i just wonder, how the cop car kept up with the dude...

Never knew the full story, seen the video a few times though!
