they are great to deal with, Jason and Evan are quick and thorough and keep you informed of any stocking issues.

They (and the department that supports them) are great...

I guess I cant say enough - buy with confidence

They are a BMW dealer in Maryland and the shipping completely depends on inventory in house, local warehouse...or across the country or slowest, Germany...

it is a Tischer BMW is it not? i order mine from BMW of Fairfax, they ship free if over $100, but since they are local to me, i order online and pick up at the counter...

since you are ordering from a dealer, the parts are the same - it is just a customer service level that you are getting from a dealer can be different...

check your local dealer, if they have online parts sale site - could be best thing happened to your repair/maintenance budget

I think tis tischer. I get the site from reading the posts here.

The dealers close to me are very expensive. Their products are even more expensive than whats suggested on realoem.

I ordered something from the a week ago and it still says processing. I have no idea what PROCESSING mean. To me, processing means they are working on it..as in they have received the order and id packaging it and processing payments. Then it could mean that their system received the order and they have yet to look at the order to pull/locate the part.

I have ordered from them several times, it is indeed Tischer. I know what you are talking about the whole "processing" thing, it has happened to me before, mostly when I order several parts. If you go into your order status see if the part was in stock or not, that is usually what prompts the "processing" report.

Agreed. Easy peasy. I ordered some small potatoes stuff, and then sent them an email shortly after, and not only got an answer pretty quickly, but I was able to make a change on the fly to my desired shipping method, no fuss, no hassle.

I like that; hassles suck.

so I sent them a message last night and I am still waiting for a response 24 hours later.
I am going to send them a message to cancel the orders and buy from someone else.

side note: I ordered from ECStunning around the same time i ordered one of the product from getbmwparts and they already mailed the order out.

they work 8-5, Jason is on vacation

sorry you had a "bad" experience - maybe you should order from your local dealer if you want instant response

remember - they get inundated with orders from SO MANY sources and it is two guys, one right now

I placed an order last week thursday. That is 7 business days without any response, without any action. I think its fair for me to think that is bad business practice. If I knew this was the way they operator, I would go else where. And it's nothing personal against them. It's just that I need what I order so i can do what I need to do.
