How do i open this door
 

2003 e53 x5 passangers door wont openwhen i pull the handle from inside or outside there seems to be no tension on the handles is there any way i can get the door open to investigate whats wrong.

No joy with that i think there it a cable detached or something because when i pull the handles there is no tension on the handle like i am pulling nothing.

Door panel can be remove without door open then grap the cable from the inside it should open right up .

Just in case this happens to anyone else this is how i sorted my problem opening the door with a welding rod.
