Да Серёга, "сношение" было неиссякающим источником приколов - американцы ньюанса не знали, я своим конечно же объяснил, тащились по полной, зато карточку называли "картУшка", с ударением на "У", почти картошка... в моих российских правах я вообще родился в США... и согласно двустороннему договору, при остановке ГИББД, дышать в дыхалку на алкоголь не должен, даже если пьян в стельку... менты конечно этому не радовались, но вынуждены были отпускать...

Sure thing, Sergey, the "intercourse" has been a source of a lot of fun - our folks did not know the linguistic difference but i had explained it to the guys from my section... I tried to get them to say "kartochka" correctly but they still called it "kartoushka", which drove me nuts... according to my russian drivers license, i was born in the USA... and, in accordance with bilateral agreement, the cops can't test you for alcohol... the cops were not happy, but still, had to let people go...

But truly,what a mess of documents due to not matching categories,degrees etc. etc.
For example,I came to Canada from Argentina and got my licence transferred but it went some awkward way that after so many years here I still can't even get an insurance quote online.Minor annoyance,but yet.
BTW a triple 7 plate looks neat,especially with 36 region,my childhood land :)
