I've heard that the M62 engine shared between the E53 and the Range Rover had a special modification in the RR that helped the oil in the engine in case of extreme climbing angles to prevent the oil starvation... not sure if the N62 ever had anything like that...
did you say you got a warning from the car about 50% something??? |

WOW can we get the youtube link or copy of the second video??

I'll upload to YouTube and link this weekend... There's always some clown on YouTube calling the X5 a grocery getter...
Gotta shut the haters up! :) Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk 2 |
Like others, I didn't know it was that capable. Yet after seeing the video of one climbing on top of another car from flat in a parking lot, this is really not so hard to believe at all.
Looks like fun, but my biggest concern would be the very expensive parts that could be damaged. Still, it is good to know that in emergencies, it can do a lot more than I expect. |
Nice. I wouldn't mind doing trails. But that is too risky for me.
I had a jeep wrangler before and it makes that climb feel like a speed bump. However I'm surprised the x5 had no issues due to how heavy it is. I have a 2002 4runner. If i can't sell for the right price. I may turn it into a go anywhere vehicle. |
