weird issue with susp and tire psi

Just this morning I had a low tire and suspension error come on the dash .I did a walk around 32psi in all tires and scan suspension no faults . Went to buy some Crown this evening and all was good till I left the liquor store and pops back on .Anybody have this issue before seems to be intermittent .Possible voltage? Will have to do test on charging system .

I'm assuming you have 2 axle air suspension. If so, it could possibly be the EHC 2 module faulting. If so, there won't be any codes. The module controls the TPMS and one of the axles air suspension.

With any EHCII faults you need to physically hook the car up to DIS/GT1 and do a readout of the faults in the module, it could be something as silly as clearing the module and running a ride height recalibration.

Are you holding air in all 4 corners?

To rule out alternator under/over voltage causing random errors, run the OBC test 9 when the car is running to see what kind of voltage you are putting out.

The 1st thing you could do to help us to help you better is either create a signature that includes your model/model year/build date info...or add that info to the area that appears in the upper right of your post. You can do this by clicking the USER CP link in the upper right of the page.

Its difficult to make any suggestions because there are multiple air suspensions (EHC I & EHC II)...as well as multiple tire pressure monitoring systems (RDC & RPA). If you create a signature or add your vehicle details...and remember to add any details that may give indication to specific options etc...it helps us to help you better. :)

Again, we can't make any real good suggestion since we have no clue as to which of the two systems you have for each of the issues you mentioned:

TPS (tire pressure systems) RDC or RPA:
And the two air suspensions systems (EHC I & II)

Sorry 2004 4.8is with EHC II 4 wheel air ride .Also I have no tire psi sensors on the rims so not sure why it came up . I'll do a full scan in the morning hopefully something comes up .
