Foggy Headlights

Hello. My front headlights are foggy and I am wondering if anyone has any experience restoring them? I polished them with 800-900-1000 wet polishing paper, and I removed the old UV voting. However, now they are not shiny. If I put something like rainx on them, they are crystal clear for about 10 minutes. Does anyone have any suggestions for a more permanent solution? I just went through the trouble to removing the wafers inside of them, and putting in AE, however, I am not sure about this.

Thank you for any help

3m headlight Resto kit. By far the easiest way to get those lenses crystal clear once again.

Or you can try finishing them off from where they are now using 3m rubbing compound....

I agree 100%. I used this kit on mine (purchased for 14 dollars at Harbor Freight)... Headlights were crystal clear and it only took about 20 minutes to do both.

The left one is still a little wet, and hadn't dried yet. By the way, does anyone know the part # of the missing cover on the bottom left?

Thank you

3M polishing compound and a buffing wheel on a drill will work wonders, along with the 3M kit, i started with that then polished polished polished
