I liked the way my old Ractive tips looked in the black chrome finish until one was trashed upon getting rear ended. The 4.8 tips look a bit too big on an X without the wide tires to keep everything looking proportionate imo. Either way make sure you get the exhaust trim rings (they're called "heat protection") as they finish off the cutouts nicely!

A tad off topic I appologize.. But ive been looking at fender flares / arches for some time now.. As I can see from T's pic theres no flare on the front? So no real reason to buy front and back arches? Also nice job on the exhaust guys, need to add this to my list!

I want the front flares but don't want to buy a whole new fender trim. About $108 each side according to realOEM. I check eBay and CL for used ones.

Ahh I see what part numbers did you use for your rears?
While im at it what part # is your rear difuser? Sorry I just want to be like you when I grow up :p

I bought the flares used from a totaled 4.6iS for $60. All 4 rear pieces. Put them on but the ones on the bumper didn't look good without the iS rear piece.
I replaced them with the LeMans style bumper pieces for ~$45. Sold the iS pieces for about $100 apiece. End up with a little extra $ for mods :D
No rear diffuser. I have the bumper painted to imitate the iS piece.
