12V Hids/Lights Gurus - Advice
 

I don't believe one=the other but I was rear ended the other day.
Conicentally, I've been getting the Check Highbeam fault the following day onwards.

My High Beams work. I have Quad Xenons - one being the Bi-Xenon.

I'm not a 12V Guru. Is it just the load resistor that is possibly shot and I just need to replace that. That, of which I can manage, cause I know where it's screwed into each side of the car, and I suppose I can manage replacing, splicing and soldering...just match it up to how it's currently setup, but replace the current *golden* load resistor with a new one.

If your high beams work then yes i'd try replacing the load resistor, or perhaps the connection just needs to be redone.

Check the grounds on the load resistors.
