OBD II need help
 

I have purchased inteligent parking assistant system IPAS. I would like to add dynamic guide lines into my rear camera view . IPAS is using data from ODB II diag slot. When i connect IPAS into car nothing happened in normal view mode, in setup mode i have been able to adjust horizontal / vertical position of guide lines, so i hoped it will run in normal mode as well, but it didn't.
I have checked pins in obd slot in car and i have found out that for comunication is used protocol ISO 9141 K LINE and on IPAS is used pin 6 and 14 what correspond to ISO 15756-4(CAN). So my question is if i can do something with wirring to get it run, i mean if i can change wiring on IPAS so both cables from pins 6, 14 will lead into pin 7, or if there is any other option how to get data from steering wheel position and vehicle speed into IPAS.
