need repair advice in Plano TX
 

Hello-
My daughter has just moved to Plano and her '06 X5 3.0 "died" on her way to work. My service advisor here in Jackson, MS recommended Classic BMW. I'm looking for recommendations or a good independent.

I've only been there once for a detail but there is an Autoscope in Plano. I live on the west side of the metroplex so it's a bit of a drive for me.

I've received very good service from AutoScope on old Denton Highway in Dallas. They also have a service center at 601 Coit Road in Plano.

I have had some work done at Autoscope but stopped about 3 years ago. I would highly not recommend them.

Any work I have had done at Classic was done well. As with any Dealer they are more expensive than a good Indy. There are some benefits like the waiting room and that they have rental cars at great rates on site. If that is where your daughter goes suggest she request Jim Brooks as her service advisor.

I have heard some good things about Eurosport in Plano but I have not personally had any work done there. Audi, BMW, Mercedes, MINI & Porsche Service, Repair - Dallas, Plano. I did a search to see what people were saying about them, as always it was a mix of good and bad.

There is also a mobile BMW repair tech. I have not had anything done by them but a friend has been very satisfied with their work. I don't have contact information but can get it if you are interested.

Even though I have not had any work done there. A good friend has had Moe Foukih service several of his vehicles over a span of many years. He is reasonable, honest and and is a master German car mechanic. Auto Repair Carrollton - M & M Auto Service - Carrollton, TX

I have used Euro connection on 75 and Royal. Do not expect a rental there tough. Nino is the owner and Michael is front office.
