I remove the labels from all my mattress although it says there are federal repurcutions.

Tape up the sticker with masking tape
Use lighter and wave it around where the sticker is for about 7-10 seconds.
Slowly peel from 1 side, if it stuck than use heat again.

It took me literally 15 seconds to do this

I think also its more like Furniture, the seller/manufacturer cant take them off but consumer can.
