Him not realizing that he was being shot at is the only reason I could come up with as to why he stayed there so long... Gotta love the bystanders standing around like it's a run of the mill fender bender...

Translation when they speak:

"Is there another clip, is there another clip, just sit inside the car now"

Is that fake? Doesn't look like they did much damage.

Wish I had a video camera handy on the Long Island Expressway in the late 80s, E39 ///M5 was weaving in and out of lanes cutting everyone off, guy in a pickup next to me gave the M5 driver an open hand gesture, M5 driver flips him off. Traffic totally stops, pickup driver gets out, flips seat foward and pulls out a FIRE AXE!!! M5 driver gets wide-eyes, shuts windows and locks doors, pickup driver starts BURYING the axe in the trunk, roof, drivers door.....M5 driver FREAKS, tries to pull onto left shoulder lane and proceeds to flatten the bumper and rear 1/4 panel of vehicle ahead of him, and slams/scrapes the concrete wall with his car. He left the scene in a cloud of dust/tire smoke. The pickup driver stood on the shoulder for around 10 seconds watching the M5 tear away, walked back to his vehicle, tossed the axe behind the seat and got in. Unreal road rage!

I'll bet that M5 driver never flipped off ANYONE after that event.
