x5 4.4l 2002 water leak

PLease help me.
I have a small leak from the back of the engine and will not drive my x5 for fear of hurting it. Does anybody have a diy on changing the hoses on the back or some kind of input.

Please post good close up pictures and put red pointer around the area of interest ... Others will / can chime in

i have to get my x5 up off the ground before i can see the leak. i know it is between engine and firewall.
