Just re-read and saw that. Missed it on the first read.
These tests strips are still not measuring moisture content in the lowest fluid in the system and IMO are useless. I's all marketing hype.

They really are a preventative service recomendation tool...That is about it.
Most owners are not proactive to prevent issues in the general auto ownership arena. Auto enthusiasts by nature do a GREAT job on their vehicles and for other owners by informing their circle of friends and co-workers on how-to, what to do, how often, etc, when it comes to vehicle maintenance.
This tool is nothing more than a way to show people what happens to brake fluid down the road past normal intervals. Just like a tire chart showing tire issues from poor maintenance, leaking shock images, fouled plugs, broken parts, etc. Just a marketing tool to add validity to a recommended service.
For readers of this forum, I think they have warned not go go beyond 12/14 months between flushing brake fliud. I just flushed my own BMWs, and I was shocked how dirty it gets even with LOW mileage between those months. Looked like old motor oil. :yikes: One of them only covered 1,200 miles between flushing.
Hi PO BMW engines + fast speeds + hard stops = more preventative services. Gee what a concept. I think that is what this forum is all about.
