wheel trivia! what are these
as title says, what style wheel are these and what year/trim did they come from?
was grabbing a mark viii fan for my mustang at the u-pull earlier and these were in the building at check out. they are 18's. thinking about getting them for mine to replace my stock style 57 wheels if they'll work. http://honda-tech.com/picture.php?al...ictureid=97852 |
If I'm not mistaken , those are style 74 . I have those as my winter setup for my e53 4.8
|
yup thats them. found them quick on ebay with the style number.
I think they should be worth $300 for the set. I checked the tire calculator on miata.net and they have the same overall size tires as mine do. think I might pick these up. |
Might want to bookmark this site...it has most of the BMW wheel style's specs plus the models they were designed for...including many of the new "F" body wheel styles, too: All BMW wheel styles | BmwStyleWheels.com

All X5's have the same overall diameter of tire. just the wheel diameter and tire width vary.
|
How much were they?
|
Yeah, 74s.
These were OE on the '03 Sport Pkg without the stagger upgrade wheel option. I got lightweight staggered 19s and the 74 wheels are now used for long distance towing. How much are they asking? Update; Just looked on e-bay, $360 each????? Hell, I would sell mine in a heartbeat for $250 each! |
They want $300 for the set. Tires look 50% and if the wheels aren't bent I will likely get them. I mean they are at the upull yard so you know the car probably flipped or got obliterated since upull yards tend to give $300/car at auction. The tires have lots of dirt on them too

Yeah, so true.
Buyers almost have to assume wheels are not true when buying used wheels online. |
Yup 74s have them on mine
