4.6is winter wheels
 

So I happened to meet a very nice guy at a auto cross meet today and he used to have a 4.8is. He still has the winter setup (19") and said he would give them to me for $120. Will they fit my 4.6is?

Yes they will no problem at all.

What would be different from any other e53...especially the 4.8is that would disqualify any 18/19/20 inch e53 BMW style wheel? They all have the sam wheel bolt pattern, wheel hub size, and wheel offset range.

There should be a tire pressure label on you driver's door that has recommended tire sizes'''and I believe the winter tire for the 4.6is is an 18" wheel (style 99). So if an 18" wheel can be mounted on the 4.6is...then it would be safe to assume that the e53 19" wheels will also fit. :)
