Help Identify This Hard Line
 

Good Evening,

Second thread of the night with another question. I installed my AFE intake this weekend and noticed a hard line that was open on the end, I looked around the immediate area to see if I saw anything that looked like it was disconnected and didn't see anything. Vehicle is running fine, no idle or running issues, no warning lights or anything. I put my finger over the end of it with the engine running and it didn't seem to be pulling any vacuum, I just have no idea what it is. All I know is its a hard plastic line that looks like it should be connected to something. Any help in identifying it is greatly appreciated.
