headlight washer leaks
 

Tried to see if I could fix by going through the foglight. No luck. Required a full pull of the bumper to gain access.

Turns out it was this distribution piece. I pulled it out, plugged the main line with a sharpie (perfect fit) and added a hose clamp for good measure. It'll hold until I feel like ripping it off again.

Rest of the system seemed to be ok without any leaks or cracks.

I ended up switching out the distribution piece, only to discover the pump was also shot. ECS pump and all is good.

k, so I have the OPPOSITE problems of you guys.
I'm pulling the washer stalk and I hear the pump whizz quickly, yet no spray period comes from my 4 front nozzles. I purchased a distribution piece to replace, but have not gotten to it yet. I also just purchased yesterday a washer pump to see if thats the problem. its a faster check and probably a good buy even if the current pump works (it won't forever).

Quick test, Pull the hose off the pump in question, install a long hose on the pump, test the system electrically (by direct jumper or the stalk, washer fluid flows?
YES>The test for line to nozzle blockage. Simple
NO> Check/replace pump, intake filter, clean reservoir with bleach solution.
You can bench test the little monsters if you are so inclined. Most just replace them all as they are under $25 US.

NOTE: Do NOT use shop compressed air to clean/test lines. It will blow off and trash every connector and nozzle in the lines. You only need a few PSI to test the lines. Water does not compress very well.;)
