This is crazy... isn't it?

I took some pictures an hour ago. I am going to sell the gold one and I thought I should get some nice pics before it happens. Tomorrow is going to snow or rain and they will be dirty again. It was just me home and I had to do the embarrassing show off for a few minutes. I was running around from one to the other to line them up... here are a few shots.

Nice collection of cars! I see your gold car in shawnessy area quite often - It looks great in person!
Let me know if you want to part your style 168 before you sell you car. I have a set of 132's that i could trade ya.

fmugur 05-02-2014 01:16 AM

Thanks guys. I love them and now the most reliable one has to go. It's time to move on after I fixed everything one it :) I always wanted an imola red one and now I got it.

ukrcan, Yeah, that's where I live. I got more compliments like that over the years. It's interesting how the e53 is still a eye catcher after so many years.

garrett.fell 05-02-2014 07:20 AM

Awesome. At-least one of them will be fully operational at any given time!!

LOL

Ricky Bobby 05-02-2014 09:13 AM

3 E53's my man do you enjoy doing maintenance? ? LMAO!

tmv 05-02-2014 09:30 AM

^So you're saying that the E36 is not the maintenance whore like the E53? :bustingup

Nice collection of bimmers, OP. In the first 2 pics, if you turn the wheels of the blue and gold E53 halfway to the passenger side, it would look much better.

Ricky Bobby 05-02-2014 09:40 AM

I guess between all 4 he has his hands full lol

LOL. After getting the experience from the first one I thought nothing will be a real challenge anymore. :)

I had a Honda Odyssey to rely on but I sold it... you cannot rely on another BMW :)

The gold one is the most reliable at this point. That's pretty much new after all the maintenance done on it...

The 330xi and the blue X5 are not used much and I don't expect to do much work on them... although I had to do the CCV on the 330 a couple of weeks ago because this cold winter and my son's short trips clogged it.

I love them, they are good cars if maintain properly.

I know, I noticed that when I posted them. I was so embarrassed to line them up like that. I did it fast so not too many neighbours would see me.

TMV, you mean e46 LCI actually :)
I miss my e46 every day. it was the best vehicle I've ever owned and am sad she's gone. I should have never sold the 5sp black on black coupe.
sensation ride/reliability.

Yeah, I know but we don't really need four vehicles right now. It's just nice to have it around as a backup car. No space to park it either.
Although it looks like a 4.6is the engine is still 4.4.

bcredliner 05-02-2014 11:51 AM

Oh me, oh my, which one shall I drive today. Problems, nothing but problems-problems-problems.

Doru 05-02-2014 12:08 PM

He,he,he...my collection has a broader spectrum....a little poison for every model. Probably I should line them up as well, and take pics. Maybe even better, we should gather our cars - like a meet - and take some pics. Now before you sell it. Then there'll be like 4 e53's, 2 e46's and one e39 - super wide photo......

beamertruck 05-02-2014 12:21 PM

NICE! so far my E53 (2006 BMW X5 4.4i) has been pretty good, aside from some little quirks. Im gonna do alot of work over the next month or so, hoping to get her to at least 250k miles

jljljl 05-02-2014 04:45 PM

WOW, such a nice collection.

I had a feeling it was, I'm NOT sure why, but I had a feeling.
so the 4.8iS IS a 4.8iS though right?

fmugur: Does the Blue x5 have a chrome or titanium kidney grill? I have the same color car and am trying to decide if I should plasti dip black, get titanium, or leave the oem black and chrome that is has. I want to see what it looks like closeup if it is titanium.
