Upper timing chain cover gasket - what else?

I've got a leak on my driver side upper timing chain cover, so I'm going to replace it. I did the valve cover gaskets about 6 months ago and wish I had done the timing cover gaskets as well at this point.

While I have the upper timing cover off, is there anything else that I can/should replace while I'm in there?

From what I've read, it looks like to replace the guides/tensioner the lower clover would have to come off as well and I don't want to do that.

Vehicle is 2006 4.4 N62 with 80k miles.

Thanks,

Matt
