Congrats on joining the 3 pedal club, E53 division. I expect yours looks like mine! On the shocks/struts, my ride is still good at 93.5k miles, but when the time comes [next year?] Bilstein touring is likely where I will go, based on previous experience with the brand and the kind of highway ride I want from this vehicle. Bilstein HDs were great on Ford Superduties, but I think not so much on this [primarily] pavement cruiser.

I had a suspension noise and the mechanic thought it may be the strut mount (it wasn't). Any how, he changed both front mounts/struts. I went with KYB. Very good price and IMHO, I think the handling & ride is just like stock for me.
