SLS Blues and Cures
 

Let me hear your SLS issues and resolution.

Mine has been on-going for about 2-3 years now. More of a annoyance than anything when it's on the cluster. It comes and goes. Seems more often in the winter...

example, yesterday, came on 2 times. The other 3 times on the same day , nothing.

One time, with the error active at the shop, the tech tested it with the autologic and told me it could be the sensor as while driving it, with the error in play, the autologic was showing it out of spec voltage wise.

The various odds-ends it's been a the Indy since , no fault stored if I recall....

SLS only in rear of mine

Mine's popped on twice in the last 1.5 years but goes away at next drive cycle at the longest.

Considering I have 2 axle air suspension and the system is still fully operational I'd consider that a win, had to replace my compressor and front air struts with Arnotts when I bought the car from the PO though.

Mine was on since I bought it in January but got solved a couple weeks ago...compressor was out as well as 2 sensors.
I'm the kind of person that cannot stand service engine soon light or other related messages ...yet I lived with it for about 6 months..:dunno:
Now , one of my friends has a 530i...his dash looks like a Christmas tree and hasn't changed in the past 3 years..:stickpoke

Hey- here's an odd q.. Were you with your car in Downtown Seattle tonight? I walked into parking on 7th and was like.. la la laaaaa.. here's my Blue X5 on the end spot rt where I left... WA plates? Badges? WTF?

Ahhh.. *my* X5 is around the corner! :rofl:

Haha no man it was not me...I can't remember last time I was in downtown:D
You know what's funny?lately i see more lemans blue 4.8is than any other color...or I see the same one all over the place lol

Nothing like trying to unlock the car that you think it's yours but it's not:)
