Coincidence? Replaced driver door handle mechanism and then the actuator fails
 

Just a week a go I fixed the door handle with a new part and now the actuator seems to not work and oh yeah, the window plastic clips broke this week also. Could the actuator fail since I sprayed lithium grease on it before putting the door back together?

Often if you disturb a fragile component when replacing another, the fragile component will fail shortly after.
