washer jets adjustment
 

Hello all, bit of a feeble question, but I cannot for the life of me see how I can adjust the windscreen washer jet direction, its got the point were on my side the jet is more likely to spray pedestrians rather than the windscreen….any ideas?

I've always used a sewing needle. Insert the tip in the jet, gently move it in the desired direction. Always worked for me.

I use a needle and not a pin because most pins are made from softer metal and will often bend instead of moving the jet.

thanks antz oz....will see if i can get a needle in there, the leaking oil filter cap stopped leaking by the way eventually, did tighten it up a tad more though dunno if this was the issue

WORKED no more spray that ends up on the drivers side window!

I always keep a "safety pin" ($0.50 at local pharmacy store) in my glovebox.
Good for emergency unclogging or aiming of the washer fluid jet.
