Trunk keeps locking, vehicle setting?
 

As I get out of the car, I pop the tailgate, by the time I get to the rear, it's locked again as soon as I shut the driver's door. Is this a setting that the dealer can turn off?

It's due to air pressure inside the car. Crack a window, or leave the door open. Problem solved.

Do you have the driveaway auto lock feature enabled? This might be causing it too. I had the feature enabled but later disabled it and the problem stopped.

This is a security 'feature.' If you pop the trunk using the button on the dash, it will lock again as soon as you shut the driver's door. However if you unlock ann the doors, and then get out...the trunk will remain unlocked! :thumbup:

Just verified...it is the suction of the slamming of the door..if I shut the door, the hatch shuts...if I gently close it...it stays open.
