tilt steering

2002 bmw x 5 tilt steering not working seats work driver and passenger and mirror .what could be the problem?

Have you checked the fuses?

In my case, it was the drive side seat control module. It was defective and would not allow me to adjust the steering wheel.

^ that was my problem as well.
New seat control module/switch fixed it.
