bmw Inpa working but DIS is not working
 

Hi,
I have BMW Inpa working with a usb K + Dcan interface, I purchased
DIS from fleabay and followed the instruction but Dis is not working
I dont know if it is relevant but there was no mention of editing any
ini files or any other file? also there no mention of "OBD-USB" only
IP address 192.168.60.0 was entered during the VMware install.
The usb port is empty too.

Is there any files that need editing in Inpa for DIS to work?
if so would someone please let me know which files and what/where
to edit? I`ve been stuck on this for 4 days trying to get Dis working
as my steering angle module needs recoded, it`s a used sas from
fleabay.
