Differential fluid change 3.0i
 

Hi guys

I am planning to change de front and rear diff fluid

I hava a pre facelift 3.0i on 210.000 km bought the car at 2009 never changed the diff fluid

how much fluid do i need ? And can i refill it whitout a pomp ?

And I called my dealer and the right fluid is saf-xo but castrol has it replaced by syntrax longlife 75w-90 is this correct ?
