Video: Air Suspension Pump Removal DIY Guide

Hi guys, I just uploaded a video guide for removing the air suspension air pump from the rear of my E53 X5. I have a dual-axle suspension. My pump was showing signs of failing - noise and susp. inactive lights. I purchased a new pump from Arnott Industries. This video illustrates how to remove the pump from the truck and housing.

I was playing with this yesterday and i was so suprised why would bmw hid the battery so far down there. My m3 and 5 series they were all on the side of the trunk.

Weight distribution. The battery is center over the rear so the weight of the battery is carried almost entirely by the rear tires.
