Have you tried any test plan with a shop with an Autologic? Those things do crazy diagnostics.

I haven't. Trying my hardest NOT to take it to a shop lol. I like doing my own diagnostics...and repairs for that matter.

With the DSC module and other things I would make an exception. I DIY with my own parts and have DIS for basic diagnostics but in your case I'm stumped as well since you already rebuilt the module, I'd take it to a shop with Autologic and pay them for the hour.
