OK... I need Help!!!
 

So I spend 5hrs searching for the Nav update on the e53 x5. I have a 2005.
the link that I have found are old-dead.

I am also looking for the new maps i curently have 2008 it was funny that i was on a road and on the display shows no road.

If anybody know or have them let me know i will buy them or download them from the source.

I was not able to find maps, but was able to find the latest software for mine and successfully applied it.

You can get the map discs on eBay or from the dealer. I bought a cheap Chinese one and it works.

^2nd Joshdub. 2014 Map Discs are all over eBay. Make sure you get the one for your Nav system (MKIV I believe)

One of the most comprehensive NAV threads is right here on this forum in the ARTICLES area. Here's a direct link...and if you still have questions....you need to go back though the entire thread and find it...because you probably missed or overlooked it...or need to try one of the other link options. Everything you need is there despite some dead threads.


The links to download & updated software are still there...and as others stated.....ebay is full of 2014 DVD maps...just make sure you know the difference between our Map DVDs andthe new gen BMWs whichuse different discs.

These are the DVDs I purchased last year (copies) and they work great and had the new roads that weren't on my old disks:
