MID MP3 Compatible???
Hello everyone,
New to the forum here... I was wondering if anyone has a part number or what to look for on the CD player MID that is MP3 compatible??? I know it was in vehicles newer than 2004, but I'd like to have something else to go by incase something was swapped out. Thanks in advance :) |
Why bother with old technology?? You can get a mediabridge or a Grom and just rip MP3 files to a jump drive or other digital media instead of burning CDs.

Yes, don't bother getting new HU. Not only those are more expensive than aftermarket solutions (such as mediabridge or a Grom), still very limited function.

don't waste your money on an OEM unit, get a good aftermarket or go with an iPod interface

Well I can get a CD player for around $75 and I like the old technology lol. I don't really care about bluetooth and the AUX or USB is pointless for me as I don't like having my phone plugged in either or own an iPod. I like the stock MP3 because it's oem, looks clean, and I don't have extra stuff kicking around in my car.
