2004 E53 3.0D sluggish start....
 

Hello everyone any feedback much appreciated, had sluggish starts over the past 2 months (invested in a ctek charger to keep battery topped up though in the meantime and this had kept me going-not good to do I know)

-Bosch S5 battery( 830cca & 100ah battery) load tested at 3 places, 2 said it was ok,third said a bit weak but the CCA measured of 789cca was ok, and is over the OEM of 720cca rating for the X5 3.0d battery.
-charging system is fine
-sleep mode drain is at 50ma tad high but ok I think

....BUT IF you see the following pics ....does it look like my issue would be related to bad starter full stop? I am not very savvy with this equipment and garage owner had never used it in this way! did I use it correctly to measure amp draw at start?if I have used it correctly then for that spilt second I was getting a reading of 392 amps followed by 0L??? and the it went down after car started....perhaps I needed to set to 1000amps as having it on 400amps meant it overloaded?OL?
