Maybe you know the actual name or part number of the "splash shield" just forward of the firewall.
It looks as though it keeps water from washing down the windshield onto the engine by routing it to the sides. It looks like it's been ripped and cracked(technician error?). Of course it's not covered by CPO. This is the second issue a tech has uncovered that's not CPO'd. The service writer painted a scary picture for my wife on this one; she went to the stealer for more oil!

Fortunately I have some good mechanical friends but since this is just a shield I'd like to order and replace it myself!
