2011 X50i Loud Gurgling

The reservoir for apparently the turbo inter coolers water system is gurgling like something is boiling over. When you take the lid off it is louder but the coolant in there isn't even moving.

Has this happened to anyone else and does the CPO warranty cover it?

IIRC intercooler is air-to-air.

They clearly have a coolant line going into them and out of them. The diagram shows they are connected to the aux water pump.

Have you tried to vent the system of air?

The turbo cooling system is different than the intercoolers....

OP- any codes/errors???

It was the auxiliary water pump. They changed it out under warranty.

Interesting, the dealer told me mine needs swapped as well (2011 50i).

How much was the repair?
