2010 BMW X5 35d - Alternator replacement DIY

Been searching for hours but no luck...

Is there any DIY out there on how to replace the alternator on my 2010 X5 35d? or maybe another DIY wherein I can access the alternator?

I think I read somewhere that I need a special tool to remove the belts? Like a belt stretcher or something?
