BMW Remote App
 

BMW remote app on iphone using ios 9.. I can send destinations to my 2011 X5 using Google maps and the BMW remote. The problem is that when sent using the BMW remote app the contact info is sent to my car but it doesn't offer a choice of navigation guidance to the destination...The info is all there but the flag icon is greyed out and not available to use nav. When sent by Google it works fine.

Does it do this for all addresses or just one address. Its possible the formating got messed up using the app (and apple maps) and then when sent to the car, its cant interpret it correctly.

I've tried it with several different destinations over a couple of weeks and it happens every time....like the message is missing a tag to tell the nav system what it is.

Hmm. Thats really strange. I used that feature all the time and never had a issue. Although i havent upgraded to ios 9 yet. Did it only start when you upgraded to io9?

I honestly don't know if it started with iOS 9 or not. I hadn't used this feature in some time.
Wouldnt surprise me any if it was related to the latest apple update.
