Solution for old TIS not running on new Operating System.
If you happen to have older TIS DVD/CD that used to run on your windows XP and can no longer be installed on your new computer here is a solution.
Upgrade your windows all the way to windows 10 then follow these instructions on the following link.

Setup a Virtual Machine with Windows 10 Hyper-V

You can install TIS on virtual windows XP on your new computer. No need to spend more money to buy new version of TIS.
